CAST & CREW POSITIONS
Our list of casting and open staff or crew positions, as well as occasional verified third party opportunities.
NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
This form must be signed by an individual or entity before viewing material or other information within the LCP organization and its affiliates.
AUDITIONS APPLICATION
This form is used when adding talent to our database. Most often, this is first used for new talent auditions.
RELEASE FORM
This form allows LCP to use the name, likeness, voice, etc. of individuals over age 18.
MINOR RELEASE FORM
This form allows LCP to use the name, likeness, voice, etc. of individuals under age 18, signed by parent or guardian.
TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT
Use this form if you need to submit a claim for your travel or mileage reimbursement. All submissions will be screened for accuracy.
EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT
Use this form if you need to submit a claim for any other reimbursement. All submissions will be screened for accuracy.
SUBMISSION RELEASE FORM
This form is used by an individual or entity to submit material to LCP. LCP will not consider ANY material unless this form is signed and returned.

An organization that reviews media to help parents determine what media they may choose for their families.

Although this site cannot take the place of professional legal advice and direction, they are a good resource for those getting started in the industry.
